Yearly DLCO measurements were taken while the patient received biweekly, full-body, low-dose UVA1 irradiation at 8 joules/cm2 over 30 minutes twice weekly for 5 years. The normal range for DLCO is 20-30 ml/min/mm Hg. (*) indicates cessation of treatment.
