Abstract

Degenerative-dystrophic changes in resected damaged menisci are noted with frequency, their calcification is a rare event. The authors in their orthopedic practice observed three patients with meniscus calcification. There is given a communication of one observation. The authors believe that meniscus calcification is an indication for its removal.
