[Article in Japanese]
Y Hayashi. Rinsho Byori. 1991 May.

Abstract

Lipase (EC. 3.1.1.3) was isolated from human pancreatic juice and the pancreas tissue to study their physicochemical features. Their molecular weights, optimal pH, optimal temperature, amino acid sequence, secondary structure, inhibitors etc. were investigated. Monoclonal antibody for the lipase prepared from mouse myeloma cell and the enzyme immuno assay system was established. Pictures of enzyme immunostaining of the pancreas, liver, kidneys, stomach with antihuman pancreatic monoclonal antibodies in addition to the pancreatic immunoelectric microscopic pictures are also shown here.
