[Hemodynamic function before and after revascularization operations in patients with an ischemic stroke]
Abstract
Patients with a history of cerebral infarction showed in the postischemic period a eukinetic and hypokinetic type of the systemic hemodynamics. Disorders of the cerebral circulation are mainly manifested in hypoperfusion of the cerebral blood vessels. Hypoperfusion of the brain tissue may be one of the hemodynamic indications to the operation of extra- and intracranial microanastomosis.
