Prognostic criteria in haemorrhagic stroke with good outcome potential
Abstract
168 patients with haemorrhagic stroke (H.S.) were clinically and paraclinically studied. In 74 (44%) patients, the outcome was favourable whereas 94 (56%) died. The prognostic criteria were assessed according to: location and size of haematoma, consciousness vegetative disorders, medical history, comorbidity, pupillary and oculomotor disturbances.
