A 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) of a 49-year-old man with fever who was admitted to hospital for investigation of recurrent syncopal episodes. ST-segment elevation is obvious in two of the right precordial leads (V1–V3) (arrows), consistent with a type I (coved) Brugada ECG pattern.
