Abstract
The contribution of microsurgery to the reconstruction of nerves in the Maxillofacial area is very important. The knowledge of Anatomy, Etiology and Symptoms of the damage is mandatory for satisfactory results. After a review of the literature about the microsurgical reconstruction of the lingual nerve, this technique is described.
