Unusual synechia at hysterosalpingography: intrauterine fallopian tube after surgical abortion
Abstract
We report a patient who had uterine perforation with incarceration of the fallopian tube after surgical abortion. The diagnosis was made during hysteroscopy, realized after hysterosalpingography, and treated by laparoscopy.
