[Diagnostic significance of neutrophilic cytoplasmic antibodies in nephrology]
Abstract
The existence of anti-neutrophil cytoplasm antibodies is helpful for differentiation and timely therapy of rapid progressive glomerulonephritis and the pulmonary renal syndrome. Various neutrophil cytoplasm immunofluorescence patterns are caused by antibodies against different antigens.
