RNA-seq reads for five cell lines were aligned to human genome 19 (HG19) transcripts using Bowtie. The overlap of protein kinases with greater than 50 aligned reads each showed that most kinases were found to be in all cell lines and few kinases were found to be unique to a specific cell line.
