Abstract

In the title compound, C(15)H(14)O(3)S, the benzene and phenyl rings make a dihedral angle of 33.56 (16)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds into a layer parallel to the ab plane.
