Left eye showed large preretinal, intraretinal and subretinal hemorrhages involving the inferior part of the macula, inferior temporal arcade, nasal and superior parts of retina and edema at the optic nerve head. Vascular changes included significantly increased tortuosity and diffuse perivascular sheathing
