Opsoclonus-Myoclonus video: high amplitude multidirectional and irregular saccadic intrusions, without interssaccadic latency, exacerbated by bright light stimuli and reduced by convergence. Vestibulo-ocular reflex and opto-kinetic nystagmus are present. We can see concomitant cervical axial musculature myoclonus.
