[The effect of graded physical loading on the adaptive-compensatory potentials in a high-risk group of pregnant women]
Abstract
The study was conducted of combined application of conventional regimens of therapeutic exercises and adjusted bicycle ergometry loads (60-75% of the oxygen utilization maximum) in high-risk pregnant women suffering from chronic respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases. It was found that adaptation of the women was improved as well as maternal and fetal complications prevented due to neuroendocrine regulation recovery and larger reserve of cardiorespiratory system.
