Comparative effectiveness research: drug-drug comparisons in heart failure
Abstract
Drug-drug CER is valuable when applied to the right question using the right methods in a relevant context. Being aware of limitations and strengths, and incorporating these insights into the interpretation of results is crucial. Rigorously performed drug-drug CER can help guide clinical practice and future research in HF.
