Model for estimated latent therapeutic demand (LTD) for IG use in common variable immune deficiency (CVID). A model drawing on the methodology described by Stonebraker et al. was constructed using peer-reviewed literature for the inputs shown in A. The model estimated the importance of each input in the tornado diagram shown in B and estimated a distribution for the usage of IG in CVID (C). The estimated mean usage was 44 g per 1,000 population.
