Coronary artery dissection after a rugby injury. A case report
Abstract
A rugby player developed severe chest pain after blunt chest trauma. An ECG showed acute anterior ischaemic changes. Coronary arteriography demonstrated dissection of the proximal left anterior descending artery. The patient was treated conservatively and made an uneventful recovery.
