An example of myocardial BOLD images in comparison with stress first-pass perfusion images. Top panel, images from a patient with significant LAD stenosis; Bottom panel, images from a patient with significant right coronary artery stenosis. The BOLD index [(stress signal - rest signal)/rest signal] matched the perfusion deficits observed in the stress perfusion images.
