HIV Treatment cascade in the US and Mozambique from time of diagnosis to retention and adherence to antiretroviral therapy. Data for the US are derived from Gardner et al and data for Mozambique are estimated from Micek et al. Data for adherence to ART for the US represent the % of individuals virally suppressed, while for Mozambique, the data represent the % adherent to ART by questionnaire and pill count and retained in care for more than one year as viral levels were not obtained.
