Figures

Figure 1
Figure 1
CT scan brain. (A) Hypodense lesion in the vertex and bilateral parietal regions of the skull with gross brain edema. (B) There is infiltration of scalp with partial ulceration more on the right side including occipital area. (C) Extensive cranial bone erosion.
Figure 2
Figure 2
(A-C) MRI of the brain revealed T1 hypointense, T2 isointense, hetrogenously enhancing nodular soft tissue (maximum thickness 3 cm), with predominantly extradural and extracranial components, extending across the circumference of right side, vertex and bilateral high fronto-parietal convexities of the skull with destruction of right high fronto-parietal cranial bone. In addition, there is leptomeningeal enhancement in right cerebral convexities as well as suggestion of parenchymal invasion in high parietal region with midline shift to right.
Figure 3
Figure 3
(A, B) Contrast-enhanced brain CT after five cycles showed reduction in the scalp swelling. Bone destruction was reduced to great extent and there is reformation of the skull bone. There is an enhancing soft tissue lesion, 3 × 3 × 1.5 cm in the scalp in the right temporal and frontal area with underlying cerebral edema and underlying bone erosion.
