Spermatic vein ligation as treatment for male infertility. Justification by postoperative semen improvement and pregnancy rates
Abstract
Eighty-two men underwent spermatic vein ligation as treatment for infertility. The resultant mean rates of 22% for semen improvement and 28% for pregnancy justify the surgical approach in selected cases of male infertility.
