Cytoplasmic microtubules in a yeast
Abstract
Electron micrographs showing cytoplasmic microtubules in the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe are described. The microtubules are found closely apposed to the microtubule organizing centre on the nuclear membrane and to mitochondria.
