Characterization of a monoclonal antibody recognizing a monomorphic determinant of DR antigens
Abstract
A monoclonal antibody reacting with human MHC class II molecules was prepared. This antibody, RoDR, is directed against a nonpolymorphic determinant on DR, but not DP or DQ molecules.
