[The malar musculo-fatty flap]
Abstract
The use of the malar technique, without risk of injury to the facial nerve allows a decrease in the volume of the nasolabial fold, an increase in the volume of the malar eminence, and deepening of the cheek. A much more youthful appearance of the face structure is obtained.
