Bilateral bronchiectasis, mainly in the middle lobe and lingula, associated with multiple nodules and middle lobe consolidation. B) June 7, 2010. Increased micronodular opacities, mainly in the right middle and lower lobes, and a worsening of the bronchiectasis. C) August 3, 2013. Persistence of nodular component, cavitation, and wider bronchiectasis with bronchial wall thickening.
