Neighbor-joining-based phylogenetic tree of sequence pairs from 17 patients collected at different time points. The phylogenetic tree was constructed with the Phylip 3.69 package by using the Kimura two-parameter model and tested for reliability by 100-replicate bootstrap analysis. The HXB2 sequence was used as the outgroup. Identical numbers indicate sequences from the same patient.
