Abstract

Metastasis is the main reason for the failure of cancer therapy and the death of patients. The molecular mechanism is complex, involving the change of multi-step, multi-stage and multi-gene. As the survival places of tumor cells, the tumor microenvironment plays a crucial role in tumor metastasis. Therefore, the study of the dynamic relationship between the tumor microenvironment and tumor metastasis, to clarify the molecular mechanisms in the metastasis process is the key point to inhibit the tumor metastasis.
