[Conjugates of cyclooligosaccharide scaffolds and carbohydrate ligands: methods of synthesis and interaction with lectins]
Abstract
Main approaches to the preparation of mono- and oligodentate glycoconjugates based on cyclodextrin and cyclooligo-β-(1 -> 6)-D-glucosamine scaffolds are surveyed in the review. The data on the biological activity of the glycoconjugates by the example of their interaction with lectins are discussed.
