Abstract

In the article by Smith et al, “AHA/ACCF Secondary Prevention and Risk Reduction Therapy for Patients With Coronary and Other Atherosclerotic Vascular Disease: 2011 Update: A Guideline From the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology Foundation,” which published online November 3, 2011, and appeared with the November 29, 2011, issue of the journal (Circulation. 2011;124:2458–2473. DOI: 10.1161/CIR.0b013e318235eb4d.), several corrections were needed. The authors regret the errors. These corrections have been made to the current online version of the article, which is available at http://circ.ahajournals.org/content/124/22/2458.
