Abstract

A total of 94 cases were analyzed. Transient cerebral circulatory disorders in a majority of the patients with cardiac defects were caused by intraoperative factors. Clarification of these factors and the study of clinical course of the disorders made it possible to diagnose them timely and begin the differentiated treatment.
