Abstract

We report about a very rare case of locked twins in cephalic presentations. A difficult forceps was necessary. In spite of cleidotomy and pushing the other twin out of the pelvis the fetus was in a deep distress and the resuscitation was unsuccessful. The second twin followed spontaneously, alive and well.
