Abstract

The Authors intend to show the relationship existing between orthodontic treatment and periodontal disease. Particularly they evaluate the effects produced by the orthodontic correction of the position of the teeth and, moreover, they suggest a clinical approach in order to prevent and treat mucogingival disease.
