[A disorder in the coagulation mechanism as a possible cause for the development of an antenatal intracranial hemorrhage]
Abstract
Four neonates who developed an intracranial haemorrhage antenatally are described. In two, there was a congenital deficiency of one of the clotting factors (factor V and factor X respectively) and two had neonatal isoimmune thrombocytopenia.
