Abstract

Radiogenic and non-radiogenic osteosarcomas are rather frequent in retinoblastoma patients and probably also in retinoblastoma families. Besides the pathologic gene for retinoblastoma, there must be a predisposition to develop osteogenic sarcomas, which is probably genetic.
