Editorial Commentary: Shoulder Arthroscopy With Epinephrine Diluted Saline-Irrigation Fluid
Abstract
The addition of epinephrine to irrigation fluid aims to improve visual clarity during shoulder arthroscopy. A potential benefit is shorter operative time. Intra-articular procedures received the greatest benefit, although bleeding within the subacromial space is typically more problematic for shoulder arthroscopists.
