Polypharmacy
Abstract
What was the nature of the CPD activity, practice-related feedback and/or event and/or experience in your practice? The CPD article was about polypharmacy, which is defined as the prescribing of many medicines for one individual. The article was of particular interest to me as I work in renal care, where patients are often prescribed several different medicines.
