luconazole plasma concentrations over 28 days when receiving fluconazole 800 mg/day for cryptococcal meningitis in Uganda. Fluconazole mean (±SD) levels increased from 30 (±14) μg/mL at 7 days to 41 (±14) μg/mL at 14 days to 52 (±19) μg/mL at 28 days, reflecting further accumulation due to a long half-life.
