(A) Brain MRI taken at 2 weeks after onset shows a leukomalactic lesion in the right fronto-temporal lobe (red arrows). (B) Results of DTT. On 2-week DTT, the majority of the right CST fibers show complete discontinuation (blue arrows) at the subcortical white matter except for a few fibers connected to the cerebral cortex. By contrast, the left CST shows partial tearing at the subcortical white matter (blue arrows).
