M-AS is the current President of the College of Optometrists, is a previous Chair of the Education and Standards committee, and was Vice President of the College of Optometrists when the guidance was being developed. JS was previously chair of the NICE Glaucoma Guideline Development Group (CG85) and the NICE Glaucoma Quality Standard Topic Expert Group (QS7) and is current chair of the NICE Glaucoma Guideline Update Committee.
