[Effect of autophosphorylation on binding of cyclic adenosine monophosphate by cAMP-dependent protein kinases from the rat brain after x-irradiation]
Abstract
The results of the studies on the influence of autophosphorylation on cAMP binding by cAMP-dependent protein kinases isolated from cytosol and solubilized synaptic membranes have demonstrated that this chain in the regulation of the enzyme forms under study exhibits early radiosensitivity, the radiation damage to soluble and membrane enzymes being differently pronounced.
