Abstract

Introduction: Facial balance is achieved by correction of facial proportions and the facial contour. Ageing affects this balance in addition to other factors. We have strived to inform all the recent advances in providing this balance.

Method: The anatomy of ageing including various changed in clinical features are described. The procedures are explained on the basis of the upper, middle and lower face.

Results: Different face lift, neck lift procedures with innovative techniques are demonstrated.

Conclusion: The aim is to provide an unoperated balanced facial proportion with zero complication.
