[X-ray microanalysis of zinc and iron in the chloride cells of mayfly larvae of the river Sülz]
Abstract
Using the energy-dispersive X-ray microanalysis with the scanning electron microscope it was shown that the chloride cells of mayfly larvae accumulate dissolved iron and zinc in correlation to the different concentration in the river Sülz.
