Potential applications of iPSCs for disease modeling. Reprogramming technologies can be potential methods to produce iPSCs from somatic cells in human body. By transplantations of autologous or allogeneic specific lineage cells differentiated from iPSCs, it brings a hope for disease modeling for patients.
