Abstract
The problem of high disability and mortality due to subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) from cerebral aneurysms has led to the fact that surgical treatment of unruptured aneurysms has been considered in Western Europe, Japan, and the United States as a method for prevention of subarachnoid hemorrhage for many years. The introduction of the so-called surgical SAH prophylaxis in Russia is a challenge that requires defining the principles of patient selection and choosing a treatment technique for unruptured cerebral aneurysms. The article highlights the modern approaches to treatment of asymptomatic unruptured cerebral aneurysms based on the concepts of aneurysm epidemiology and natural progression.
Проблема высокой инвалидизации и смертности после субарахноидальных кровоизлияний (САК) из церебральных аневризм привела к тому, что в странах Западной Европы, Японии и США хирургическое лечение неразорвавшихся аневризм уже многие годы рассматривается в качестве способа профилактики субарахноидальных кровоизлияний. Введение так называемой хирургической профилактики САК в России является крайне актуальной задачей и требует определения принципов отбора пациентов и выбора метода лечения неразорвавшихся церебральных аневризм. В статье освещены современные подходы к лечению бессимптомных неразорвавшихся аневризм сосудов головного мозга исходя из представлений об их эпидемиологии и естественном течении.
