(A) A kidney, ureter, and bladder (KUB) x‐ray study showed calcified lesion at right abdomen. (B) Abdominal computed tomography revealed calcified tumor over lower pole of right kidney. Subcapsular hematoma was also noted. (C) The tumor presented as a necrotic, hemorrhagic mass and measured 8.5 cm in diameter. It extended to the renal capsule and surrounding soft tissue. Subcapsular hemorrhagic space was noted. (D) Hematoxylin and eosin stain (×200) showed a complex network of vascular‐like spaces within the tumor. (E–H) Immunohistochemistry of these cells (×400) was positive for cytokeratin AE1/AE3, CD31, factor VIII, and FLI1.
