Changing controversies in surgery for angina
Abstract
Coronary artery surgery has evolved rapidly since its introduction 20 years ago. Few operations have been subjected to such scrutiny. As a result many details of prognosis have been clarified, but the development of coronary angioplasty, thrombolysis and the internal mammary artery graft have created new controversies.
