Abstract

Case presentation: An eighty-year-old patient presented with a complicated umbilical hernia. CT scan abdomen revealed a pancreatic neoplasm and an umbilical biopsy confirmed diagnosis of metastasis. Patient started chemotherapy by Oncologists.
