Confirmation of differential gene expression of RAP-PCR fragments in NA6-27 grown under the following conditions. (A) Salinity 15, 20, and 27% NaCl (w/v) and (B) Temperature 12, 37 and 42 °C. Quantitative PCR was performed using gene specific primers as described by Benson et al. [2,3,4]. Gel documentation photographs are aligned with data on genes for each growth condition.
