The treatment of advanced Parkinson's disease is challenging for both physicians and caregivers. The device-aided therapies need expertise and dedicated hospital centers. In this summary we have concluded the available data and recommendation for the treatment options in advanced Parkinson's disease and adopt them to the daily care in Hungary.

A Parkinson-kór előrehaladott stádiumának kezelése komoly kihívást jelent mind az orvos, mind a hozzátartozók számára. Az utóbbi évtizedekben az eszközös terápiák térhódításával a kezelés jelentősen specializálódott. A jelen összeállítás célja, hogy az előrehaladott stádium kezelésével kapcsolatos nemzetközi adatokat és ajánlásokat a magyarországi ellátásra adaptálják és ajánlásokat fogalmazzanak meg a napi gyakorlat számára.
