Radiological manifestations of infratentorial retrocerebellar cysts
Abstract
The clinical and roentgenographic findings in ten patients with infratentorial retrocerebellar cysts are presented. An approach to the neuroradiological evaluation of retrocerebellar cysts and their differential diagnosis are discussed.
